Synopsis: The client had imagined a meal delivery cart.
The operator, (school) needed a way to transport pre-packed meals for the cafeteria to the class rooms, where the students were being served. The cart had to hold the prepackaged meals in a manner that insured safe access by the students and protected the cafeteria workers.
The consultant, school system, the sales representative and SIS collaborated to reach the final design.
